Shipping Policy
At Jac.Lyn, we take immense pride in fulfilling and shipping orders for our cherished customers.
Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days.
Orders shipped via UPS GROUND typically arrive within 5-7 days, depending on your local postal service.
We deeply value our customers and can't wait to see you in our latest pieces.
Please note, Jac.Lyn is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or other carriers, especially during high-volume holidays like Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's.
Additionally, items with estimated shipping dates or pre-orders may have varying shipping times as detailed in the item description and Pre-Order Policy.
Jac.Lyn does not ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday or Holiday's).
Our office, warehouse, and couriers will be closed on the following public holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Any orders placed on these days, or after cut-off the day before, will be processed on the next business day. Enhance your shopping experience with our Next Day shipping option, available for an additional $20 on top of the standard shipping cost. Get your favorite pieces faster and enjoy them sooner!
Please allow a few extra days for delivery during high-volume seasons. We strive to ensure your Jac.Lyn order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Pre-Order Policy
Items purchased on pre-order are expected to be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the estimated shipping date mentioned in the item description at the time of purchase.
Please Note: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be delayed until the pre-order item is ready for shipping.
For split shipping arrangements, please email us at jac.lynluxdesigns@gmail.com. Items valued at $350 or more can be split and shipped separately at no additional cost. For orders under $350, a $15 fee applies for split shipping.
Important: Estimated shipment dates provided in item descriptions are approximate and may be subject to change.
Track your Order
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 7-10 business days from the order date. This timeframe includes our 5-7 business days for processing, followed by an additional 2-3 business days for delivery.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or holidays.
In-stock orders will leave our facility within 1-2 business days, depending on order volume. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.
To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in the email. If the tracking number does not work, you can manually input it at www.usps.com.
Lost Package
If your order is missing, please follow these steps for updates and/or retrieval:

File a claim with UPS.

Report the loss to your local police.

Wait 1-2 days for feedback or updates from UPS.

Important: Jac.Lyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Responsibility shifts to the customer once a confirmation number is issued and the package has been shipped.
Ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after a tracking number has been assigned.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways if items need to be returned.
